Canadian Maintenance & Safety offers the following Returns Policy:

Defective Products - If the product you ordered and received is defective, please call our customer service at 416-439-9952 or 1-800-501-7735 within 5 days of the date you received the product. Defective product will be replaced at no cost to you the customer.

Products Damaged During Shipment - If the product you ordered and received is damaged during shipping, please call our customer service at 416-439-9952 or 1-800-501-7735 within 5 days of the date you received the product. In connection with a damaged shipment, common carriers require that you must retain the original packaging until an inspection can be completed by their agents. On approval, goods will be repaired or replaced per the common carrier's policy.

Incomplete / Incorrect Shipments - If your shipment is incomplete or incorrect, please contact our customer service at 416-439-9952 or 1-800-501-7735 within 5 days of receipt of goods. Orders deemed incorrect or incomplete as a result of error by CMS will be rectified at no cost to you the customer. Orders deemed incorrect or incomplete as a result of customer error will be subject to our return policy stated below.

Returns - Authorization for return of merchandise must be obtained in writing. Returned product must be identified with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number provided by CMS Customer Service. The RGA number must be clearly marked on all packages. A restocking charge of 15% plus the full cost of the return freight will apply on all products accepted for credited providing such goods are in saleable condition, in standard CMS order multiple quantity and are less than one (1) year old. Returned products not deemed saleable, at the sole discretion of CMS will be disposed of or returned at the customer's expense, and no credit will be issued. Expiration dated product, custom product, special order items and discontinued items are non-returnable for credit. Return Goods Authorizations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Product returned without authorization will be disposed of or returned at the customer's expense, and no credit will be issued.
