Nitrile is a synthetic rubber that provides excellent resistance to a wide range of solvents, most oils, acids, greases, caustics and many petroleum products. Nitrile also provides excellent abrasion resistance. The blue nitrile coats a cotton jersey liner. Nitrile functions well from -4°C to 149°C
